Video Equipment & Outside Broadcast

Luxor has a comprehensive stock of HD/4K cameras for ENG and EFP work.

Our main cameras are the Sony PMW 500, Sony FS7, and Sony PXW-Z150, All necessary accessories are in stock, such as tripods, lights and lenses. We also have 5 meter and 10 meter camera cranes as well as other equipment for the most demanding film maker. TV and video is our specialty.

Luxor´s sales department is armed with an impressive portfolio of partners in lighting, staging, drapes and textiles, projectors and rigging. All the professional theatres in Iceland are among our best customers, as well as important institutions like the National State TV, Harpa Concert and Conference Hall, Into the Glacier and the Nordic House.

LED lighting has been our specialty ever since we installed the first RGB LED lights at a Reykjavik hotel in 2005. And the 286 RGB LED lights installed in 2007 at Arion Bank are still going strong – every single one of them. Special Events

Custom projects are our favorites, and among the larger ones are video projections on Iceland´s landmark Hallgríms Church, a skating rink on Ingólfs Square, and the Expo Pavilion inside the Harpa Concert and Conference Hall.
